Auto Claims Services

We were established in 2009 and have as main scope of business assessing insurance risk and the claims.

We currently provide to our customers a complete portfolio of services consisting in expert reports, risk inspections, dealing with claims files, claim settlement, claim audit, risk and claim management, case studies per different types of insurances/insurance policies. With a solid team consisting of 39 expert members, inspectors and claim assessors, claim settlement officers, we answer promptly to the customers' requests anywhere in Romania.

How do we operate?

Investigation
After receiving the claim notification, we will appoint one of our experts who will deal with the reported event; he will collect the information and make the necessary investigations to form the claims file.
Assessment
After the claims file is formed and all the necessary information is collected, the expert assesses the damage and computes the value of the damage/the repair costs.
Compensation / Resolution
Following the assessment, the expert prepares a report with the final payment solution and sends it to the client / the claims regulator who sent the claim notification.
